摘要
作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,高校思政课应该充分发掘就业引导功能,助力大学生就业。高校思政课具有引导提高大学生政治素质和领导能力、理论技能和批判能力、道德法治素质和人际技能、养成积极乐观就业态度和抗挫折能力、行动能力等独特功能。在当前形势下充分发掘高校思政课就业引导功能,一方面,高校思政课教师要主动强化引导大学生就业理念,着力提升高校思政课就业引导功能;另一方面,政府、社会和高校要为充分发挥思政课引导就业功能创造有利条件。
As a key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and nurturing talents,Ideological and political courses in universities should explore the employment guidance function to help university students find employment.Ideological and political courses can guide university students to improve their political literacy and leadership skills,enhance their theoretical and critical abilities,improve their moral and legal literacy,and interpersonal skills.Under the current situation,the employment guidance function of ideological and political courses in universities should be fully explored.On the one hand,teachers of ideological and political courses in universities should actively strengthen and guide the employment concept of college students,and focus on enhancing the employment guidance function of ideological and political courses in universities.On the other hand,the government,society,and universities should create favorable conditions for fully utilizing the employment guidance function of ideological and political courses.
