摘要
针对昆明市林下经济产业发展面临的挑战,分析总结了昆明市林下经济产业的现状,探讨了制约其发展的主要因素,包括内生动力不足、市场化水平较低、品牌建设滞后、产业融资困难以及科技支撑薄弱等问题。结合福建、贵州等地林下经济产业发展的成功经验,提出了具体的对策建议:由政府主导制定产业发展规划;出台配套政策和操作指南;创新产业发展模式,提升市场化运作水平;拓宽融资渠道,推动资金支持;通过龙头企业引领,完善产业链条;加强技术支持和人才培养,为产业发展提供科技助力。
In view of the challenges faced by development of underforesteconomy industry in Kunming,this paper analyzed and summarized the current situation of under-forest economy industry in Kunming,and discussed the main factors restricting its development,including insufficient endogenous power,low marketization level,lagging brand building,difficulties in industry financing and weak scientific and technological support.Based on the successful experience of underforesteconomy industry in Fujian and Guizhou,this paper put forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions:the industrial development planning should be led by the government;Issuing supporting policies and operational guidelines;Innovate the mode of industrial development and improve the level of market-oriented operation;Expand financing channels and promote financial support;Through leading enterprises,improve the industrial chain;Technical support and personnel training should be strengthened to provide scientific and technological support for industrial development.
