就世界非木材林产品的内涵、重要性及发展战略等问题进行了论述。保护和开发非木材林产品资源是发展中国家林区脱贫致富和保护天然林资源的重要途径，经济价值巨大，生态效益和社会效益显著。它可为保护我国天然林资源和林区脱贫致富提供借鉴。
The connotation, importance and development strategy of non-timber forest products in theworld are discussed. It is pointed out that the protection and development of non-timber forest products resources is one of the most important ways to extricate from poverty and get rich and protect natural forestresources in developing countries and regions. It also has tremendous economic values and significant ecological and social effects. The experiments on non-timber forest products development can be the referencesfor China's natural forest protection.
