“岗课赛证”融通育人模式下“双师型”教师队伍建设研究 被引量:3

摘要 “岗课赛证”融通育人模式是职业教育持续推进产教融合的产物,教师队伍作为职业教育教学改革的核心力量,必须具备与产业需求相匹配的专业技能和实践经验。为了有效实现教师能力提升,文章提出,高职院校要持续推进产教深度融合,实现产学研无缝对接;制定校企合作师资培训章程,促进教师技能的实质性提升;实施教师能力提升“六大工程”,推进建成职业教育高水平“双师型”教师队伍。 The integrated education model of"post course competition certificate"is a product of the continuous promotion of industry education integration in vocational education.As the core force of vocational education teaching reform,the teacher team must possess professional skills and practical experience that match the needs of the industry.In order to effectively enhance teachers'abilities,the article proposes that vocational colleges should continue to promote the deep integration of industry and education,and achieve seamless integration of industry,academia,and research;Develop a school enterprise cooperation teacher training charter to promote substantial improvement of teacher skills;Implement the"Six Major Projects"to enhance teacher capabilities and promote the construction of a high-level"dual qualified"teaching team in vocational education.
