摘要
近年来,食品产业飞速发展的同时,食品安全风险也在逐渐增大,社会各界对食品安全问题愈发关注。鉴于此,本文以风险管理模式为导向,从食品安全风险识别、评估及控制3个角度出发,对食品安全管理进行深入分析,并提出风险管理模式下的食品安全管理对策,旨在有效规避食品安全风险,保障食品质量达到既定标准和要求。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the food industry,food safety risks are also increasing,and all walks of life are paying more and more attention to food safety issues.In view of this,this paper takes the risk management model as the guidance,conducts an in-depth analysis of food safety management from the three perspectives of food safety risk identification,assessment and control,and proposes food safety management countermeasures under the risk management model,aiming at effectively avoiding food safety risks and ensuring food quality meets established standards and requirements.
