酒店餐厅具有客流量大、人员复杂、客户需求高的特征。食品安全不仅关系着餐饮消费者的身体健康,还关系着酒店高质量发展水平。本文阐述了酒店餐厅食品安全管理的重要性,分析了酒店餐厅食品安全管理存在的问题,并提出加强酒店餐厅食品安全管理的具体策略,以此提升酒店餐厅食品安全管理水平,助力酒店高质量发展。
The hotel restaurant has the characteristics of large passenger flow,complex personnel and high customer demand.Food safety is not only related to the physical health of catering consumers,but also related to the high-quality development level of hotels.This paper expounds the importance of hotel restaurant food safety management,analyzes the problems existing in hotel restaurant food safety management,and puts forward specific strategies to strengthen hotel restaurant food safety management,so as to improve the level of hotel restaurant food safety management and help the high-quality development of hotels.
