摘要
目的评价呼吸内科护理管理工作中实施风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月苏州市第九人民医院呼吸与危重症科25名护理人员为研究对象。2023年6—12月应用常规护理管理,为对照组;2024年1—6月应用风险管理模式,为观察组。对比两组测评成绩、自我评价、工作能力及管理满意度。结果观察组测评成绩、自我评价、工作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组管理满意度为100.00%(25/25),高于对照组的80.00%(20/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05)。结论风险管理模式的应用可改善呼吸内科护理人员的考核成绩及自我评价,能提高其工作能力及管理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of implementing risk management model in the management of respiratory care.Methods Twenty-five nursing staff from the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care of The Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou were selected as study subjects from June 2023 to June 2024.Routine nursing management was applied from June to December 2023,as the control group;and the risk management model was applied from January to June 2024,as the observation group.Compared the two groups'assessment scores,self-evaluation,work ability and management satisfaction.Results The assessment scores,self-evaluation,and work ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(25/25),which was higher than 80.00%(20/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.556,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management model can improve the appraisal scores and self-evaluation of respiratory medicine nursing staff,and can improve their work ability and management satisfaction.
