摘要
将法律职业伦理课程设置为专业必修课,是培养德法兼修法治人才的重要举措。当前的法律职业伦理教育发展迅速,但是也要看到法律职业伦理教育的基础薄弱,受重视程度不够。具体来说,在法律职业伦理教育中存在师资力量不足、高层次人才培养滞后、教学方法不合理、教材质量参差不齐以及课程考核方式不科学等问题。为推动法律职业伦理教育的高质量发展,应当加强学术研究、增进与部门法教学的贯通、探索智慧教学模式、改进课程考核方式以及落实课程思政建设。
Setting legal professional ethics courses as compulsory courses for majors is an important measure to cultivate talents in the field of law who are proficient in both morality and law.While the current legal professional ethics education is developing rapidly,it is also necessary to acknowledge its weak foundation and insufficient attention.Specifically,there are issues such as insufficient teaching staff,lagging in the cultivation of high-level talents,unreasonable teaching methods,uneven quality of textbooks,and unscientific course assessment methods in legal professional ethics education.To promote the high-quality development of legal professional ethics education,it is necessary to strengthen academic research,enhance the integration with the teaching of departmental laws,explore intelligent teaching models,improve course assessment methods,and implement ideological and political education in courses.
