摘要
京张地区是首都经济圈的重要组成部分,依托于北京冬奥会带来的发展红利,在区域内积累下丰厚的冰雪物质文化基础。通过分析后冬奥时代京张地区冰雪赛事举办情况,观察冰雪赛事发挥的示范性作用和文旅产业受到的带动性影响,可知冰雪赛事对促进京张地区文旅产业发展尤为重要。针对未来冰雪赛事深入文旅产业的辐射路径,提出围绕赛事加强公共基础设施建设、跨域打造更多冰雪文旅场景、以冰雪新生代推动文旅产业新消费、赛事文旅互促打开国际化格局等策略。通过构建“冰雪赛事+文化旅游”互促共生发展模式,促进京张地区冰雪经济持续发展,以期推动我国冰雪品牌和文化逐步走向世界舞台。
The Beijing-Zhangjiakou region is an important part of the capital economic circle.Relying on the development dividends brought by Beijing 2022,it has accumulated a rich material and cultural foundation of ice and snow within the region.By analyzing the hosting situation of ice and snow events in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou region in the post-Winter Olympics era and observing the exemplary role played by ice and snow events and the driving influence on the cultural and tourism industry,it can be seen that ice and snow events are particularly important for promoting the development of the cultural and tourism industry in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou region.Regarding the radiation paths for ice and snow events to further penetrate into the cultural and tourism industry in the future,strategies such as strengthening the construction of public infrastructure around the events,creating more ice and snow cultural and tourism scenarios across regions,promoting new consumption in the cultural and tourism industry with the new generation of ice and snow enthusiasts,and promoting each other between the events and cultural tourism to open up an international pattern are proposed.By constructing a mutually promoting and symbiotic development model of“ice and snow events plus cultural tourism”,the continuous development of the ice and snow economy in the Beijing-Zhangjiakou region is promoted,with the expectation of gradually bringing China’s ice and snow brands and culture to the world stage.
