摘要
【目的】旨在提升农民合作社示范社引领示范作用,为全面推动乡村振兴注入新动能。【方法】以北京市农民合作社示范社为研究对象,运用问卷调查法与访谈法等方式,系统收集并分析示范社的基本情况,深入探究其示范带动的现状。【结果】北京市农民合作社示范社在规模扩大、组织机构完善、盈余合理分配、品牌塑造、农产品质量安全保障、带动成员发展、参与公共公益事业等方面,均展现了一定的示范带动作用,其多元联合合作示范带动模式效应初见成效。然而在财务规范的示范效应远未充分发挥、智能化与数字化水平有待提升,且辐射带动效应总体较弱。【结论】从规范财务管理流程、加强数字化与智能化建设、组建联合社等三个方面提升示范社的示范带动作用。
[Objective]The research aims to add new momentum to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas by improving the demonstration level of the farmers' cooperative demonstrations(FCDs).[Methods]Taking the FCDs in Beijing as the research object,the basic situation of the FCDs was obtained by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and the current situation of the FCDs was analyzed in depth.[Results]The FCDs in Beijing have played certain demonstrations and driving roles in scale expansion,organization,surplus distribution,brand building,quality and safety of agricultural products,driving their members' development,and participating in public welfare undertakings.Their multi-joint cooperation have preliminarily achieved model effects of demonstration and driving,but they also face the dilemma that the demonstration effects of financial norms are far from being brought into play,the degree of intelligent digitization needs to be improved,and the overall radiation driving effects are weak.[Conclusion]The demonstration and driving level of the FCDs can be improved by standardizing financial management process,strengthening digital and intelligent construction,and establishing cooperative associations.
