摘要
以硅酸盐、多苯基多亚甲基异氰酸酯(PM200)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG1000)等为主要原料制备了硅酸盐杂化聚氨酯脲涂层材料,研究了PPG1000对涂层相态分布以及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,PPG1000促进了Na_(2)SiO_(3)、H_(2)SiO_(3)和Na_(2)CO_(3)等无机相在聚氨酯脲基体相中的均匀分布,提升了杂化涂层的韧性及力学性能;相比于传统刚性纯聚氨酯脲涂层,硅酸盐杂化聚氨酯脲涂层具有优异的阻燃性能,加入10份PPG1000时,其氧指数(LOI)仍达33(与不加PPG1000的持平),总热释放量(THP)和总烟释放量(TSP)基本保持不变。
Silicate hybrid polyurethane urea coating material was prepared using silicates,polymethylene-phenylene polyisocyanate(PM200),and polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG1000)as the main raw materials.The effects of PPG1000 on the phase distribution and flame retardancy of coatings were studied.The results showed that PPG1000 promoted the uniform distribution of inorganic phases such as Na_(2)SiO_(3),H_(2)SiO_(3)and Na_(2)CO_(3)in the polyurethane urea matrix phase,improved the toughness and mechanical properties of the hybrid coating.Compared with the traditional rigid pure polyurethane urea coatings,the silicate hybrid polyurethane urea coatings had excellent flame retardant properties.When 10 parts of PPG1000 was added,their oxygen index(LOI)still reached 33(the same as that without PPG1000),and the total heat release(THP)and total smoke release(TSP)were basically unchanged.
