摘要
以多异氰酸酯PM-200、水玻璃、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、十二至十四烷基缩水甘油醚(AGE)和催化剂DMP-30为原料,制备了聚氨酯/水玻璃矿顶加固复合材料。考察了TBP和AGE用量、放置时间对材料压缩强度的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱和热重分析表征了复合材料的断面形貌、光谱特征及热稳定性。结果表明,当磷酸三丁酯和稀释剂AGE用量分别为20份和5份(相对100份PM-200和100份水玻璃),得到的材料放置5 d时,抗压强度最高,达到50 MPa,拉伸剪切强度可高达9.1 MPa,且各项技术指标均满足行业标准。
Polyurethane/water glass(PU/WG)reinforcement materials for mines roof were prepared from polyisocyanate PM-200,water glass,tributyl phosphate(TBP),alkyl glycidyl ether(AGE)and catalyst DMP-30.The effects of the content of TBP and AGE,storage time on the compressive strength of the material were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,the fracture morphology,spectral characteristics and thermal stability of PU/WG composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and thermo-gravimetric characterization.The results showed that,when the amount of tributyl phosphate and AGE was 20 parts and 5 parts respectively(based on 100 parts of PM-200 and 100 parts of water glass),the storage time was 5 days,the compressive strength of the obtained material reached the highest value(50 MPa),the shear strength was up to 9.1 MPa,and all technical indexes met the industry standard.
