可见光响应型Cu_(2)O/量子点负载棉织物的制备与表征

Preparation of Cu_(2)O/CQDs loaded cotton fabric with visible light response and its characterisation

摘要 利用自制的Cu_(2)O/量子点,通过染整轧-烘-焙工艺对棉织物进行功能化处理,获得Cu_(2)O/量子点负载棉织物。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光电子能谱仪(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)测试对Cu_(2)O/量子点负载棉织物的微观形貌、晶型结构、化学状态和光学性能进行表征,通过试验证明该功能型棉织物的光催化作用。结果表明,Cu_(2)O/量子点通过染整轧-烘-焙工艺被附着在原棉织物表面,并且在可见光照射下赋予了原棉织物优越的光催化特性,几乎能完全降解去除活性红195。 Cu_(2)O/carbon quantum dots(Cu_(2)O/CQDs)loaded cotton fabrics are obtained by functional treatment of cotton fabrics with home-made Cu_(2)O/CQDs through pad-dry-cure finishing process.The morphological feature,crystal form,chemical state and optical properties of the prepared Cu_(2)O/CQDs loaded cotton fabrics are analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(RDS)measurement,and the experimental results have demonstrated the photocatalytic activity of this functional cotton fabric.The results show that the Cu_(2)O/CQDs are attached to the surface of the original cotton fabrics by the pad-dry-cure finishing process,and it endows the original cotton fabrics with superior photocatalytic properties under visible light irradiation,being able to degrade and remove the reactive red 195 almost completely.
