摘要
高校物流管理专业的人才培养应将专业教育与思想教育有机融合,促进学生专业技能与品德素养的全面发展。《仓储管理》课程是物流管理专业的核心课程,任课教师应积极开展课程思政教学。《仓储管理》课程思政教学存在的问题主要包括:专业教育与思政教育未深入融合,课程思政元素的挖掘不够充分,课程思政教学方式比较单一,教学过程没能充分体现思政教育,学情状态分析不够透彻。《仓储管理》课程教师要明确课程思政育人目标,充分挖掘课程思政元素,采用线上与线下相结合的教学方式,在教学过程中融入课程思政,也要注意准确分析学情状态。
In order to promote the all-round development of students'professional skills and moral quality,the professional education and ideological education should be combined organically."Storage management"course is the core course of logistics management major,teachers should actively carry out ideological and political teaching courses.The problems of ideological and political education in the course of storage management mainly include:The lack of integration of professional education and ideological and political education,the insufficient excavation of ideological and political elements in the course,and the relatively single teaching method of ideological and political education in the course,the teaching process can not fully reflect the ideological and political education,the analysis of learning situation is not thorough enough.The teachers of"Storage management"should make clear the goal of ideological and political education,fully excavate the ideological and political elements of the course,adopt the combination of online and offline teaching methods,and integrate the ideological and political aspects of the course into the teaching process,also pay attention to accurate analysis of the state of learning.
