摘要
百香果是一种营养价值和药用价值较高的水果,百香果果皮中也含有多种生物活性成分。然而,作为百香果产品的副产品果皮却未得到有效的开发和利用。对百香果果皮的主要化学成分和生物活性作用进行综述,介绍百香果果皮在食品产品开发、食品包装及保鲜、水处理及医药领域的应用现状,并对进一步综合利用进行展望,对探索实现百香果果皮的高值转化利用具有一定意义。
Passion fruit is a fruit that is rich in nutrients and medicinal benefits.The passion fruit peel also contains a range of bioactive compounds.Nevertheless,the peel,a byproduct of passion fruit products,has not been adequately developed and utilized.The paper presents a review of the principal chemical composition and bioactivity of passion fruit peel.It also introduces the current status of the application of passion fruit peel in a number of fields,including food product development,food packaging and preservation,water treatment and medicine.Finally,it looks forward to the further comprehensive utilization of passion fruit peel,which is of significant importance in exploring the realization of high-value transformation and utilization of this particular fruit.
