响应面法优化超声辅助提取多刺绿绒蒿总黄酮工艺及抗氧化研究 被引量:11

Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Meconopsis horridula Hook.f.&Thomson by response surface methodology and study on its anti oxidation

摘要 以多刺绿绒蒿为原材料,采用响应面法分析优化超声辅助提取多刺绿绒蒿总黄酮的工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、超声温度、超声时间为影响因素,总黄酮得率为响应面值,优化超声辅助多刺绿绒蒿总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明,当乙醇浓度为70%、超声温度为60℃、超声时间为60min时黄酮得率最高为3.21%。该条件下多刺绿绒蒿清除DPPH、ABTS的IC50值分别为27.064、15.473μg/mL。 Using Meconopsis horridula Hook.f.&Thomson as the raw material,response surface analysis was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids in Meconopsis horridulaHook.f.&Thomson.On the basis of single factor experiment,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic temperature,and ultrasonic time were used as influencing factors,and the total flavonoid yield was the response surface value,and the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total flavonoids of Meconopsis horridula Hook.f.&Thomson was optimized.The results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 70%,the ultrasonic temperature was 60℃,and the ultrasonic time was 60min,the highest flavonoid yield was 3.21%.Under this condition,the IC50 of Meconopsis horridula Hook.f.&Thomson against DPPH and ABTS were 27.064 and 15.473μg/mL,respectively.
