基于冲击响应分析的燃机冲击测点优化 被引量:1

摘要 为研究舰用燃机在水下爆炸环境试验中测点布置问题,建立经试验验证的数值仿真模型,采用时域模拟法对燃机整体及部件的冲击响应特性进行了分析,揭示了冲击荷载在燃机整体及关键部件中的传递规律,为后续的测点优化方案提供支撑。分析结果表明:冲击荷载主要沿燃机底架、主支撑等关键部件传递至燃机内部结构,根据冲击响应传递规律确定了反映燃机模拟装置冲击响应的关键部件和测点布置的初步位置;在此基础上针对冲击荷载传递路径上的底架、支架等关键部位进行细化分析,得出了每个关键部件的冲击响应传递规律,对比发现了每个关键部件的冲击响应最大峰值及部位,结合实际测量经验,优化确定了测点位置,解决了舰船关重设备在抗冲击试验中的测点分布问题。其研究成果可直接应用于舰船关重设备的抗冲击试验测试,对冲击试验测试效率有一定的提升,也可用于舰船关重设备的冲击响应分析,有较强的工程应用价值。 In order to study arrangement of measurement points in the underwater explosive environment test of naval combustion engines,a numerical simulation model verified by the test was established.The impact response characteristics of the combustion engine as a whole and its components were analyzed by the time⁃domain simulation method,and the transmission law of the shock wave load in the combustion engine as a whole and its key components was revealed,which provides support for the subsequent optimization of the measurement point scheme.The analysis results show that the shock load is mainly transmitted to the internal structure of the combustion engine along the key components such as the base frame and main support of the combustion engine,and the key components reflecting the shock response of the combustion engine simulation device and the preliminary location of the measurement point arrangement were determined according to the shock response transmission law;on this basis,the key parts such as the base frame and the support on the shock load transmission path were analyzed in detail,and the shock response transmission law of each key component was obtained.On the basis of this analysis,the impact response transmission law of each key part was obtained,the maximum peak value of the impact response of each key part and its location were found by comparison,and the location of the measurement point was optimized by combining with the actual measurement experience.The research results can be directly applied to the impact test of the ship off the heavy equipment,which improve the efficiency of the impact test,and can also be used for the impact response analysis of the ship off the heavy equipment,which has strong engineering application value.
