摘要
研究发现,纤维材料可以有效解决传统复合墙板强度低、整体性差的问题。本文以查阅大量文献为基础,总结了不同呈现形式的纤维在增强复合墙板中的应用与影响、墙板设计与试验方法,指出了现有研究存在的不足,并对未来提出展望。结果表明:纤维筋与格栅主要通过外附筋条、内外叶内置格栅以及增加配筋率的方式实现对墙板承载力的增强;纤维布多用于受损墙板的加固与使用功能的增强,其黏贴方式、黏贴层数和黏贴位置需要注意;纤维增强复合材料作为一种新型材料,对墙板性能上的增强是全方位的,多体现在夹芯墙板的基体部分,是实现墙板轻质与高强的理想材料。本文结果可为装配式复合墙板的发展提供有力支撑。
It is found that fiber materials can effectively solve the problems of low strength and poor integrity of traditional composite wallboard.Based on a large number of literatures,the application and influence of different forms of fibers in reinforced composite wallboard,the design and experimental methods of wallboards are summarized,the shortcomings of existing research are showed clearly,and prospects for the future are proposed.The results show that,fiber reinforcement and grille realize the enhancement of the bearing capacity of the wallboard through such modes as the external reinforcement strips,the built⁃in grille of the inner&outer leaves,and the increase of the reinforcement ratio.Fiber cloth is mostly used for the reinforcement of damaged wallboard and the enhancement of use function,and it is necessary to pay attention to the fiber cloth sticking method,the number of adhesive layers and the adhesive position;As a new type of material,fiber reinforced composite material is all⁃round to enhance the performance of the wallboard,which is mostly reflected in the matrix part of the sandwich wallboard,and is an ideal material to achieve lightweight and high strength of the wallboard.The results can provide strong support for the development of prefabricated composite wallboard.
