摘要
采用FLUENT软件建立船用设备双波冲击试验机管路流体有限元模型,并对管路中流体在不同工作状态下系统流场分布及系统温度变化情况进行分析。仿真结果表明,管路中流体在工作状态下温度最高上升3度左右,满足船用设备双波冲击机的使用条件。
A finite element model for pipelines of novel dual-wave shock testing machine was built by means of FLUENT code. The flow field and the temperature field of the pipelines in different status were analyzed. Simulation results show that the temperature of the pipelines rises about 3℃ in operation status, which will not affect the use of the dual-wave shock testing machine.
