摘要
创新链产业链资金链人才链(简称“四链”)融合能够提升资源配置效率,是推动新质生产力发展的重要动力来源。文章基于2012—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,检验了“四链”融合对新质生产力的影响效应与机制。结果表明:“四链”融合能够显著推动新质生产力发展,该核心结论在经过多重稳健性检验和内生性检验后依然成立。作用机制检验结果表明,“四链”融合通过优化创新生态来推动新质生产力发展,而数字经济成为充分发挥“四链”融合促进作用的重要条件。进一步分维度检验发现,四个维度均能显著推动新质生产力发展,其中,创新链的作用最为明显。异质性检验结果表明,“四链”融合对于东部、中部地区和经济高质量发展地区新质生产力的影响更大。空间溢出效应分析结果表明,“四链”融合在促进本地区新质生产力发展的同时,也会促进周边地区新质生产力发展。
The integration of the innovation chain,industrial chain,financial chain and talent chain(referred to as Four Chains)can enhance the efficiency of resource allocation and serves as a critical driving force for the development of new-quality productivity.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper examines the effect of Four-Chain integration on new-quality productivity and its mechanism.The results indicate that Four-Chain integration can significantly pro⁃mote the development of new-quality productivity,and that this core conclusion remains robust after multiple robustness and en⁃dogeneity tests.The results of mechanism test reveal that Four-Chain integration drives the development of new-quality produc⁃tivity by optimizing the innovation ecosystem,with digital economy acting as an important condition for fully leveraging the inte⁃grative benefits of the Four Chains.Further dimensional analysis shows that all four dimensions contribute to the development of new-quality productivity,with the innovation chain having a more pronounced impact.Heterogeneity analysis results indicate that the effect of the Four-Chain integration on new-quality productivity is more significant in the eastern and central regions as well as in regions with high-quality economic development.The results of spatial spillover effect analysis reveal that the Four Chain integration will not only promote the development of new-quality productivity in this region,but also promote the develop⁃ment of new-quality productivity in surrounding areas.
