摘要
[研究目的]在新型工业化与数字技术相互交融的背景下,科技创新和产业创新协同发展是推动新质生产力持续发展、驱动技术革新与产业优化,以及经济转型升级的必然要求。然而,在科技创新与产业创新融合发展的过程中存在诸多挑战,如企业科技创新主体地位不牢固、产业链和创新链协同效能不足、创新平台搭建与完善存在缺陷、科技成果转化率低、人才培养机制与实际需求脱节等问题。因此,探究促进二者融合的实践路径有利于实现经济高质量发展,提升产业竞争力与技术创新性。[研究方法]以理论文献为基础,首先明确科技创新与产业创新融合发展的重要意义,然后结合研发投入、科技成果转化率等数据进一步归纳总结二者融合过程中所存在的具体问题,分析问题产生的原因,进而提出具体的实践路径。[研究结论]科技创新和产业创新二者融合发展是赋能传统产业转型升级、推动技术革命性突破的必然要求,但融合过程中仍面临多重困难,需通过强化企业创新主导权、构建产创融合生态体系、搭建多元创新平台、加快科技成果转化与应用、耦合产业链和创新链、完善人才培养体系等多项举措打通创新链条,为经济高质量发展注入持续动能。
[Research purpose]In the context of the integration of emerging industrialization and digital technology,the coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation is an inevitable requirement for promoting the sustainable development of new quality productive forces,driving technological innovation and industrial optimization,and facilitating economic transition.However,in the process of the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation,there are many challenges,such as the unstable principal role of enterprises in innovation,insufficient synergy between the industrial chain and the innovation chain,deficiencies in the construction and improvement of innovation platforms,low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and the disconnection between the talent cultivation mechanism and actual demands.Therefore,exploring practical pathways to promote the integration of the two is conducive to achieving high-quality economic development and enhancing industrial competitiveness and technological innovation.[Research method]Based on theoretical literature,it first clarifies the significant importance of the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation.Then,by combining data such as R&D investment and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,it further summarizes the specific problems existing in the integration process,analyzing the causes of these problems,and proposing practical and operational pathways.[Research conclusion]The integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation is an inevitable requirement for empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and promoting revolutionary technological breakthroughs.However,the integration process still faces multiple difficulties.It is necessary to unblock the innovation chain through measures such as strengthening the principal role of enterprises in innovation,building an ecosystem for the integration of industry and innovation,establishing diversified innovation platforms,accelerating the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,coupling the industrial chain and the innovation chain,and improving the talent cultivation system,to inject continuous impetus into high-quality economic development.
