摘要
“双高计划”下培育与提升高职毕业生就业竞争力是涉及落实就业育人要求及助推实现职业教育振兴时代使命的重要举措。新发展阶段,面对新的就业机遇与挑战,需重塑高职毕业生就业价值观念,优化高职院校毕业生就业素养提升体系,推进产教深度融合,培育与提升数智时代毕业生的新质素养和专业实践能力。
To cultivate and promote the employment competitiveness of higher vocational graduates in the context of the"double-high plan",it is an important step in fulfilling the employment and education requirements and in promoting the mission of revitalizing vocational education.In the new stage of development,facing the new employment opportunities and challenges,there is need to reshape the employment values of higher vocational college graduates,optimize the employment accomplishment promotion system of higher vocational college graduates,and promote the deep integration of industry and education,to cultivate and enhance the new quality and professional practical ability of graduates in the digital intelligence era.
