摘要
基于“宽基础、厚实践、强能力、求创新”的教育理念,以分层次、递进式创新实践课程体系为轴,搭建“赛教融合”自主创新能力培养平台、“科教融合”科研能力训练平台、“产教融合”专业实践能力提升平台,以社会发展对生命科学创新人才的需求为出发点,从多个维度进行改革,构建了“赛教”“科教”“产教”三融合的生命科学拔尖创新人才培养体系,探索了地方高校多手段高质量融合培养生命科学创新人才的新路径。
To begin with,this study created three distinct educational platforms on the principle grounds of“broadening foundation,widening practice,improving competencies,and pursuing innovation”,each integrating education with a complementary social activity under the support of a multi-staged progressively-difficult practical innovation-oriented curriculum.The first platform goes hand-in-hand with competitions,aiming at encouraging independent innovation;the second coexists with scientific research,focusing on developing said aspect;the third extends its reach to the industries,seeking to foster hands-on expertise via actual practices.Next,predicated upon the call for more innovators in the field of life sciences to drive social development,reforms across various dimensions were put into place,resulting in the birth of a hybrid education system combining all the above three platforms.It is a cultivation model for outstanding life science innovators that blends the individual concepts of“competition-education”,“scientific research-education”,and“industry-education”integrations,based on which new cultivation routes featuring high-quality multi-method integrations suited to relevant local universities were explored.
