The Theoretical Dimension and Practical Strategy of Science Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要 科学教育关系到国家安全、环境保护、公共健康等领域,是支撑国家战略的重要基石。因此,该文致力于深入剖析科学教育的核心要素,包括其目标、内容、方法和形式,以期对科学教育的本质进行重新解读。同时,探讨了科学教育的理论基础,这一基础植根于中华民族的科教兴国战略、科学素养的培育、以探究与实践为核心的教学方法,以及科学教育所特有的“加法”理念。在实践策略上,提出持续优化的发展格局、以人为本的教育体系、全面设计的评价框架和多方协同的生态模型,这些措施构成了构建中小学科学教育新体系的行动指南。 Science education is relevant to domains such as national security,environmental protection,and public health,serving as a crucial foundation for supporting national strategies.Hence,this article endeavors to conduct an in-depth analysis of the core elements of science education,encompassing its objectives,content,methods,and forms,with the aim of reinterpreting the essence of science education.Simultaneously,it explores the theoretical foundation of science education,which is deeply rooted in the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education in the Chinese nation,the cultivation of scientific literacy,the teaching approach centered on inquiry and practice,and the distinctive addition concept in science education.In terms of practical strategies,it puts forward a continuously optimized development pattern,a people-oriented education system,a comprehensively designed evaluation framework,and a multi-party collaborative ecological model.These measures constitute an action guideline for constructing a new system of science education in primary and secondary schools.
