摘要
立足中国式现代化法治教育的发展现状,将习近平法治思想融入新时代高校法治教育工作是新时代高校法治教育发展的必由之路。价值论层面,将习近平法治思想融入新时代高校法治教育工作既是持续推动全面依法治国基本方略纵向发展的国家诉求,也是高校法治化发展和大学生自由而全面发展的实践要求与内在需求。本体论层面,将习近平法治思想所蕴含的理论的创新性、鲜明的人民性、鲜活的实践性、宏观的战略性等内容融入到新时代高校法治教育工作之中,以丰富其科学内涵与理论向度。实践论层面,习近平法治思想作为实践指南,其实践的多重属性即作为原则性、原理性、方法性存在将全面赋能新时代高校法治教育发展。
Amid the development of legal education in China’s modernization,embedding Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into university legal education is an essential step to advance the discipline in higher education.From a value-based standpoint,this integration aligns with national priorities,promoting the strategy of comprehensive law-based governance while addressing the legal education needs of universi-ties and supporting students’all-around development.Ontologically,Xi Jinping’s Thought—centered on innovation,a people-focused approach,practicality,and strategic insight—enhances the theoretical and scien-tific foundations of modern legal education.Practically,as a guiding framework,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides principles,foundational ideas,and methodologies that empower legal education reform in universities for the new era.
