摘要
辣椒是我国种植面积最大的蔬菜,其果实具有重要的营养、食用及药用价值。嫁接是提高辣椒果实品质与产量及植株抗逆性的重要手段之一。概述了近年来国内外辣椒嫁接领域的研究现状,总结了嫁接在提高辣椒产量、品质以及在调节生物胁迫和非生物胁迫方面的作用,分析了辣椒嫁接的优势以及存在的问题,并对辣椒嫁接的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Pepper is the vegetable with the largest cultivation area in China and possesses significant nutritional,culinary,and medicinal value.Grafting is one of the important methods to enhance the quality,yield,and stress resistance of pepper.This paper comprehensively reviews recent advancements in pepper grafting research,both domestically and internationally.The effects of grafting on improving the yield and quality of pepper,as well as in regulating biotic and abiotic stress are analyzed.The advantages and existing problems of pepper grafting are analyzed,and future development directions for pepper grafting are proposed.
