学科竞赛赋能拔尖创新人才培养的实践困境及优化路径 被引量:20

The Practical Dilemma and The Solution Path of Training Top-notch Innovative Talents Enabled by Discipline Competitions

摘要 学科竞赛机制作为拔尖创新人才培养的载体之一,为挖掘和积累人才红利贡献了重要力量。然而,当前家长望子成龙的利益诉求,加上社会各方的逐利心理等因素长期影响着学科竞赛机制功能的有效发挥,导致个体教育选择与整体育人目标出现脱节,学科竞赛机制陷入博弈困境。从拔尖创新人才培养的逻辑理路出发,基于实证调查数据,剖析当前拔尖创新人才培养背景下学科竞赛机制的实践困境,提出竞赛育人的三大破解之道:完善教育考试升学系统,兼容英才与大众;畅通拔尖人才上升通道,贯彻大中小衔接教育;优化教育综合评价体系,实施多元化人才培养,以期充分协调整合教育系统的育人功能与筛选功能,打通基础教育与高等教育之间的纵向衔接渠道,培育教育系统健康新生态,助推教育高质量发展。 As one of the important carriers for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,the discipline competition mechanism has contributed to the excavation and accumulation of talent dividends.However,due to the current interests of parents having high hopes for their children,coupled with the profit-seeking psychology of all parties in society,and other factors have long affected the effective play of the function of the discipline competition mechanism,resulting in the disconnection between individual education choices and the overall education goals,and the discipline competition mechanism has fallen into a prisoner’s dilemma.Starting from the logical path of top-notch innovative talent training,based on the empirical survey data,this paper analyzes the practical dilemma of the discipline competition mechanism in the context of the current top-notch innovative talent training,and proposes three ways to solve the competition education:improving the education examination and admission system,compatible with talents and the public;smoothing the promotion channel of top-notch talents,and implementing the bridging education of universities,middle schools and primary schools;optimizing the comprehensive evaluation system of education and implementing the cultivation of diversified talents,in order to fully coordinate and integrate the educational function and screening function of the education system,open up the vertical connection channels between basic education and higher education,cultivate a healthy new ecology of the education system,and promote the high-quality development of education.
