摘要
目的探讨分析双镜联合微创手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择酒泉市人民医院收治的80例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,于2022年1月至2023年12月就诊,通过随机数表法分组,各40例。实施常规开腹手术患者归入对照组,实施双镜联合微创手术患者归入观察组。对比两组整体疗效。结果两组治疗总有效率对比,P>0.05。与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、腹腔引流时间更短,且术后恢复时间明显缩短,术中出血量更小,P<0.05。在并发症方面,较之对照组,观察组发生率明显减少,P<0.05。经治疗,观察组血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论双镜联合微创手术对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石具有显著效果,可明显降低创伤程度,促进患者术后胃肠功能及机体恢复,并可减轻机体炎症反应,减少术后并发症。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of double endoscopy combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Methods:80 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital were selected and treated from January 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Patients who underwent conventional open surgery were classified into the control group,while patients who underwent double-mirror combined with minimally invasive surgery were classified into the observation group.The overall curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Compared with the control group,the operation time and abdominal drainage time in the observation group were shorter,and the recovery time after operation was obviously shortened,and the amount of bleeding during operation was smaller,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum CRP、TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Double endoscopy combined with minimally invasive surgery has a significant effect on cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis,which can obviously reduce the degree of trauma,promote the postoperative gastrointestinal function and recovery of the body,and reduce the inflammatory reaction and postoperative complications.
