摘要
分析对胆总管结石患者给予双镜联合术式治疗的近期疗效以及对结石复发的影响。将2021年1月—2024年12月安顺市西秀区人民医院收治的202例胆总管结石患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=101,行传统开腹手术)和研究组(n=101,行双镜联合术式治疗)。对比两组患者的围手术期相关指标、结石复发率、炎症因子水平、肝功能、并发症发生情况。结果显示,研究组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、术后排气时间、住院时间较参照组短,术中出血量较参照组少(P<0.05);研究组结石复发率较参照组低(P<0.05);研究组术后1天炎症因子水平及肝功能相关指标水平较参照组低(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较参照组低(P<0.05)。研究发现,双镜联合术式在促进胆总管结石患者术后恢复、降低结石复发率方面效果显著,且患者的术后并发症发生率较低,对肝功能的影响较小,可为改善胆总管结石患者的治疗方案提供新思路。
This study analyzes the short-term efficacy of dual-mirror combined surgery in treating patients with choledocholithiasis and its impact on stone recurrence.A total of 202 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to Anshun Xixiu District People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a reference group(n=101,traditional open surgery)and a study group(n=101,dual-mirror combined surgery)using a random number table.Perioperative indicators,stone recurrence rate,infl ammatory factor levels,liver function,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results showed that the study group had shorter operation time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay,as well as less intraoperative blood loss than the reference group(P<0.05).The stone recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).One day after surgery,the levels of infl ammatory factors and liver function-related indicators in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The study found that dual-mirror combined surgery signifi cantly promotes postoperative recovery and reduces the stone recurrence rate in patients with choledocholithiasis,with a low incidence of postoperative complications and minimal impact on liver function,providing new ideas for improving the treatment regimen for such patients.
