摘要
目的探讨集束化护理措施对脓毒血症患儿健康状态及预后的影响。方法选择2023年3月至2024年3月医院收治的脓毒血症患儿150例,按随机数表法分组。对照组75例,予常规护理;观察组75例,以对照组为基础开展集束化护理措施。对比两组患儿临床指标、健康状态、炎症因子水平及并发症。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间与住院时间均较对照组更短,P<0.05。护理后,观察组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组,P<0.05。护理后,两组血清CRP与IL-6水平均下降,且观察组水平较对照组更低,P<0.05。观察组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对脓毒血症患儿开展集束化护理措施可促进其胃肠功能恢复,改善患儿健康状态,减少并发症,从而有利于其预后的提升。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing measures on the health status and prognosis of children with sepsis.Methods:150 children with sepsis from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.75 cases in the control group were given routine care;75 cases in the observation group were given intensive care measures based on the control group..The clinical indicators、health status、inflammatory factors and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalisation time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.After care,the APACHE II score was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the serum CRP and IL-6 levels in both groups decreased,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cluster nursing measures for children with sepsis can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve their health status and reduce the incidence of complications,which is conducive to improving the prognosis of children.
