摘要
目的探讨分析朱琏抑制Ⅱ型针法结合刺激耳迷走神经治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效。方法:将2021年7月至2023年6月期间南宁市第七人民医院收治的60例慢性失眠患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组口服阿普唑仑治疗,治疗组给予朱琏抑制Ⅱ型针法结合刺激耳迷走神经治疗。对比临床疗效、睡眠质量、睡眠因子积分。结果干预后治疗组总有效率高达93.3%,明显高于对照组(70.0%)。干预前,两组ISI、PSQI评分对比,P>0.05;干预后,在ISI和PSQI评分上,治疗组均低于对照组,P<0.05。干预后,入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍及日间功能障碍积分均低于干预前,P<0.05。结论朱琏抑制Ⅱ型针法结合刺激耳迷走神经治疗慢性失眠可有效改善患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间,提高总体疗效。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Zhu Lian's inhibition of typeⅡacupuncture combined with stimulating auricular vagus nerve on chronic insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic insomnia admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Nanning from July 2021 to June2023 were randomly divided into control and intervention group..There were 30 patients in each group,and the control patients were given alprazolam by intragastric administration,and the treatment group was treated with Zhu Lian's inhibition of typeⅡacupuncture combined with stimulating auricular vagus nerve.The clinical efficacy、sleep quality and sleep factor score were compared.Results:The treatment group achieved a total effective rate of 93.3%,significantly exceeding the 70.0%rate observed in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the ISI and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group exhibited lower ISI and PSQI scores compared to the control group,P<0.05.Additionally,the total sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbances,and daytime dysfunction scores were lower than before the treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Zhu Lian's inhibition of typeⅡacupuncture combined with stimulating auricular vagus nerve can effectively improve the sleep quality,sleep time and sleep time of patients and improve the overall curative effect.
