摘要
目的观察朱琏针刺兴奋法在不同时点对缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠脑组织中MDA、单氨氧化酶(monoamineoxidase,MAO)、NO、GSH.PX水平的影响。方法将7日龄大鼠幼鼠50只,按随机数字表法分为兴奋法针刺I组、兴奋法针刺II组、模型组、假手术组、正常对照组各10只。兴奋法针刺I组和正常对照组从造模后24h开始给予朱琏针刺兴奋法一型手法刺激;兴奋法针刺II组从造模第8天开始给予朱琏针刺兴奋法一型手法刺激。假手术组和模型组不做针刺处理。各组于造模后第21天处死,检测脑组织中MDA、MAO、NO及GSH.PX水平。结果与模型组比较,兴奋法针刺I组MDA[(3.4±0.87)nmol/mg比(5.50±1.58)nmol/mg]水平降低(尸〈0.05);兴奋法针刺II组NO[(12.43±3.47)μmol/mg比(17.10±5.82)gmol/mg]水平降低(尸〈0.05);兴奋法针刺I组及兴奋法针刺II组MAO[(32.12±11.15)U/mg、(31.01±9.92)U/mg比(40.90±11.02)U/mg]水平降低(P〈0.05);GSH-PX[(2.61±1.20)U/mg、(2.61±1.37)U/mg比(1.43±0.49)U/mg]水平升高(P〈0.01)。结论朱琏针刺兴奋法一型手法可降低缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠脑组织中MDA、MAO、NO水平,提高GSH—PX水平,促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤幼鼠的脑组织代谢产物的清除,保护脑神经功能。
Objective To observate the Zhulian acupuncture exciting method in different time of hypoxia ischemia brain injury in rat brain tissue malondialdehyde (MDA), monoamine oxidase (MAO), nitric oxide (NO) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) content. Methods 7 days old rats were randomly divided into a excitation method acupuncture group I, a excitation method acupuncture group II, a model group, a sham operation group, a normal control group, 10 rats in each group. Excitation method acupuncture group I and normal control group were given stimulation of Zhulian acupuncture exciting method one type technique from 24 h model manipulation, excitation method acupuncture II group from the beginning of the eighth day given Stimulation of Zhulian acupuncture exciting method one type technique. The sham operation group and the model group were not treated by acupuncture. The animals were sacrificed at the twenty-first day after making the model, determined brain tissue MDA, MAO, NO and GSH-PX Content. Results Compared with the model group, MDA (3.4 ±0.87 nmol/mg vs. 5.50 ± 1.58 nmol/mg) content decreased in the excitation methodacupuncture group I (P〈0.05). The NO (12.43 ± 3.47 Imaol/mg vs. 17.10 ~ 5.82 panol/mg) content decreased in the excitation method acupuncture group II (P〈0.05). MAO (32.12 ± 11.15 U/mg, 31.01 ± 9.92 U/mg vs. 40.90 ±11.02 U/mg) content were decreased in both excitation method acupuncture group I and group II (P〈0.05), while the GSH-PX (2.61± 1.20 U/rag, 2.61 ±1.37 U/mg vs. 1.43 ± 0.49 U/mg) content were increased (P〈0.01). Conclusiou Zhulian acupuncture exciting method one type technique can decrease the content of MDA, MAO and NO reduce the content of hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in rat brain tissue, increase the content of GSH-PX, promote the removal of immature rats with hypoxic ischemic brain damage brain tissue metabolism, and protect brain function.
