摘要
近年来,直播电商行业快速发展。2024年7月,人力资源和社会保障部向社会正式发布了一批新职业,网络主播为其中之一。顺应这一职业趋势开设直播电商课程和专业的院校越来越多,但与课程相关的教学资源却非常有限,教学条件有待与高新尖技术进一步融合,具有实战经验的专业教师也比较匮乏。在此背景下,以江苏省直播电商赛项的能力素质评判为指引,结合直播电商行业的人才需求和1+X证书中级能力需求,将岗、课、赛、证有机结合,探讨构建一体化的课程教学体系,以培养满足社会需求的直播电商专业人才。
In recent years,the live e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.In July 2024,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security officially released a batch of new occupations to the society,and online anchors were one of them.In line with this occupational trend,more and more colleges and universities have opened live e-commerce courses and majors,but the teaching resources related to the courses are very limited,and the teaching conditions need to be further integrated with high-tech technologies,but professional teachers with practical experience are relatively scarce.In this context,guided by the ability and quality evaluation of the live ecommerce competition in Jiangsu Province,and combining the talent needs of the live e-commerce industry and the intermediate ability requirements of the 1+X certificate,jobs,courses,competitions,and certificates are organically combined,and an integrated curriculum teaching system is explored,in order to train live e-commerce professionals meeting social needs.
