摘要
汉防己甲素是一种中药的有效成分 ,它具有消炎、镇痛、降血压、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗矽肺、抗心率失常等广泛的药理作用。本文概述了汉防己甲素的药理作用及在眼科疾病防治上的研究发现 ,有望在临床上进一步防治这些疾患 。
Tetrandrine(Tet) is an effective component of Chinese traditional medicine.It has broad pharmacologic functions.Such as diminishing inflammation,alleviating pain,dropping high blood pressure and high blood sugar,resisting carcinoma and silicosis,and preventing arrhythmia.This article summarizes pharmacologic functions of Tet and its use ocular diseases. We will find an effective drug in order to prevent and treat some ocular diseases in clinic.
