摘要
孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)和增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)均可引起严重的视功能损害。借助于动物模型可以更好地进行此类疾病防治方面的研究。但采用不同方法建立的动物模型具有不同的特点,因此针对研究内容选择一种合适的动物模型是非常重要的。本文复习了近年来的有关文献,对不同动物模型的制备方法和临床意义等方面进行综述,以期对有关动物实验方面的研究有所帮助。
Rhegmatogen ous retinal detachment(RRD) and prolifer ative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) can serisou sly damage visual function.RRD and PVR can be studied by using animal models.Me thods producing RRD include liquefaction of vitreous,formation of retinal break s,departure between retinal neural epith elium and pigment epithelium,and injecti on of chemotactic factors into vitreous body.The production of RRD model in rabb it with a long term is more difficult th an that in monkey.It is very important t o keep liquid vitreous into subretinal s pace through retinal breaks continuously .PVR model can be produced by way of the methods for RRD model,or injection of f ibroblasts into vitreous body directly.A nimal models of RRD and PVR have been d esigned with different methods and have different characteristics.It is very imp ortant to select a proper animal model a ccording to its special purpose.The auth or has reviewed the literature and analy sed the methods and clinical significanc e of various animal models.
