本调查旨在了解我国常见包装食品的营养成分标识 ,了解“营养标签”的标识率 ,营养成分的名称、标识单位、标识值的方式及存在问题 ,为制定我国“营养标签”
In order to provide valuable background evidence and basic information for the Chinese standard of nutrition labeling,a cross-sectional study on food composition labeling was investigated,which was focused on the names of nutrients,basic unit ,the way of labeling values and rate of nutrition labeling.
