摘要
本文对我国实施高等教育大众化进程以来所形成的教育质量观进行了简单的介绍 ,主要有五种被普遍接受的教育质量观 ,即多样化的质量观、适应性的质量观、发展的质量观、整体性的质量观和特色化的质量观 ;在此基础上 ,笔者从扩招导致部分高校教育质量有所下降、精英高等教育向大众化高等教育过渡、管理体制改革滞后于高等教育大众化进程等三方面提出自己的观点 ,即对高等教育质量的考察应坚持一个质量分层的观点 。
This article briefly introduces five views on the quality of mass higher education since China begins to implement the process of mass higher education.Five views have been performed:diversified quality view,adapted quality view,developmental quality view,totalized quality view,distinctive quality view.Then the writer pointed out that the inspection to higher education quality should insist the view of laminated quality and mass higher education should have a basic quality in view of the following three aspects:deterioration of quality of some higher schools caused by the recruitment expansion,the transition from elite higher education to mass higher education,management system reform falling behind the process of higher education massification.
