摘要
高等教育的产生及其发展是在促进就业,而不是在制造就业矛盾。但是,在社会、学校和学生个体均准备不足的情况下,高等教育大众化可能会带来严重的就业问题。要走出高等教育大众化的就业瓶颈,主要有两条路径:一是从就业教育走向创业教育;二是使高等教育通向基层和农村。
The emergence and development of higher education aims at the promotion of employment rather than produce the employment conflicrs. However, in case that society, schools and students are not well prepared, the popularization of higher education may bring some serious employment problems. To get out of the predicament of the popularization of higher education,two measures of top prioritul are called for. First, the employment-oriented education should be changed into an innovation-oriented one. Secondly, higher education should face the grassroots units and the countryside.
