三种牙体充填材料修复牙体楔状缺损的临床观察 被引量:2

CLINICAL EVALUATION FOR RESTORATIONS ON CERVICAL WEDGE-SHAP DEFECTS OF TEETH USING THREE KINDS OF MATERIALS

摘要 目的:比较DyractAP复合体、光固化树脂与玻璃离子粘固粉修复楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:138例患者(共823颗楔状缺损患牙)被随机分为三组,分别用DyractAP复合体(A)、光固化树脂(B)及玻璃离子粘固粉(C)修复,随访6个月至2年。结果:三种材料2年后的失败率分别为14.3%、20.8%、46.3%;(PABC<0.005;PAB>0.1,PAC<0.005,PBC<0.005)。结论:DyractAP复合体是修复楔状缺损较理想的材料。它的临床效果优于光固化树脂及玻璃离子粘固粉。 Obijective:To compare the effect of restoration on cervical wedge -shaped defects of teeth using Dyract AP compound,light -cured composite resin and gla ss ionomer.Methods:138patients with 823wedge -shaped d efect teeth were randomly assigned t o the three study groups,in which each group was treated with Dyract AP comp ound(A),light -cured composite resin(B)and glass ionomer(C)respectively.Results:The failure rate of 2year was 14.3%,20.8%,46.3%respectively(P ABC <0.005;P AB >0.1,P AC <0.005,P BC <0.005).Conclusions:The compound of Dyract AP was better t han light -cured compsite resin and g lass ionmer in treating wedge -shaped defect of tee th.
