摘要 目的 比较 Dyract复合体与光固化复合树脂修复楔状缺损的效果。方法 对 15 0例 6 48颗楔状缺损牙分成两组 ,一组用 Dyract复合体修复 348颗牙 ,一组用光固化复合树脂修复 30 0颗牙。结果 经过 1~ 2年的追踪观察 ,Dyract组成功率达 93% ,复合树脂组成功率为 76 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Dyract复合体粘结性强 ,对牙髓刺激性小 。 WT5”BZ]Objective To compare the effection of Dyract compomer and composite resin in repairing wedge shaped defect teeth. Methods 648 teeth from 150 cases with wedge shaped defect was divided into two groups, in which one group (348 teeth) was repaired by Dyract compomer and another group (300 teeth) treated by light cured composite resin. Results It showed that the success rate was 93% for Dyract group and 76% for composite resin group that there was significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05) through 1 or 2 years followed up observation. Conclusion The Dyract compomer was better adhesion to tooth substance and less stimulation to dental pulp than that in light cured composite resins was, so it indicates that Dyract compomer is one kind of ideal material to repair wedge shaped defect.
