摘要
目的 探讨银粉玻璃离子和银汞合金在牙体充填中的临床效果。方法 将 4 5 9颗牙齿随机分成两组 ,进行了为期 2年的随诊观察。结果 银粉玻璃离子具有高抗压强度、较强粘结力和良好的边缘密合性(P <0 0 5 ) ,并且无毒无污染。结论 银粉玻璃离子临床效果优于银汞合金 。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of glasslonomer silver reinforced restor-active ( GSRR) and dental amalgam. Methods 459 teeth were divided into two groups and the results were follow-up 2 years. Results The GSRR might have higher anti pressure, strength adhesion and good margin sealed without pollution and toxicity. Conclusion The GSRR should be better than dental amalgam as the substitutes.
