摘要
研究了新型共混合金PP/UHMWPE的流变性能、亚微相态以及这两者之间的关系。发现在低剪切速率下PP/UHMWPE合金熔体的表观粘度、非牛顿指数、流动活化能都具有组成依赖性,但随剪切速率的提高或EPDM的加入,这种依赖性都会消失。用TEM观察到这种合金材料的亚微相态呈双连续相结构,正是这种双连续相结构引起了上述流变性质的特征变化。
Rheological behavior, micromorphology and their interrelation in blends of PP/UWHWPE were investigated. It was found that at low shear rates, the apparent viscositiese, power-law indexes and flow activation energies of PP/UHMWPE were dependent on the content of UHMWPE. However the dependence disappeared either when the shear rate was raised or EPDM was added. By TEM morphology of co-continuous phase was observed. It was the co-continuous structure that was responsible for the above strange rheological behaviors.
