绿道综合带三生绩效评价体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 以绿道为基础,复合区域多种功能与设施的综合性廊道已是城乡人居环境空间的一部分,绿道综合带在改善城乡生态、改善生活质量、促进产业健康发展等方面备受关注。但在城镇化建设大背景下,缺少政策管控和范式引导的绿道营建已无法满足社会多元化发展需求。以绿道综合带建成后绩效要素为研究对象,对其进行量化整合,包含运用层次分析法与德尔菲法构建绿道综合带三生绩效指标体系;选取浙江省三类典型绿道综合带样本,采用“段分轴接”的方法对样本进行处理、评价与分析;利用评价体系生成三类样本60个研究单元的绩效指数E及绩效分项指数,根据绩效指数划分成5个等级,评选出6大特色类型。研究结果表明,该评价体系适用浙江省各类型绿道综合带的建后评价,具有重要的应用价值,为浙江省绿道综合带差异化建设提供了决策工具和参考。 Based on the greenway,a comprehensive corridor with a variety of functions and facili⁃ties in the a compound has been part of the urban and rural human settlements,and the green⁃way complex belt has attracted a lot of attention in improving urban and rural ecology,bettering people’s quality of life,and promoting healthy industrial development,etc.However,in the great context of urbanization construction,the diversified development needs of society cannot be met due to the lack of policy control and paradigm guidance in greenway construction.In the article,the performance elements of the constructed greenway complex belt as the research object,are in⁃tegrated quantitatively,including:the use of hierarchical analysis and Delphi method for the con⁃struction of“production-ecology-living integration”evaluation system for greenway complex belts;the selection of three typical greenway complex belts in Zhejiang as samples for processing,evalu⁃ation and analysis,adopting the“segmental shaft connection”method;and the generation of the performance index E and performance sub-indexes through the application of the evaluation sys⁃tem on the 60 research units of the three types of samples(divided into 5 levels according to the performance indexes,and 6 characteristic types are selected).The research results show that the evaluation system is applicable to the post-construction evaluation of a variety of greenway com⁃plex belts in Zhejiang,and has important application value,providing a decision-making tool and control guidance in the differentiated construction of greenway complex belts in Zhejiang.
