Research on the Greenway Planning Theory Evolution and its Practice in China: Some New Thoughts to the Greenway Planning Integration into China’s Urban Planning System and Context

摘要近年来绿道规划设计在我国开始兴起,本文首先以研究范围和关注点为两条脉络,回顾了绿道规划理论的发展脉络及其关注点的演变。接下来阐述了我国当前绿道规划的总体背景和发展现状,并选取了最为典型的广东区域层面珠江三角洲地区绿道网规划和市区层面的佛山市绿道网规划为例来进行解析,在此基础上探讨了绿道理论在我国应用实践所要面临的挑战,以及我国当前城乡规划当中的绿道规划设计过程中所产生的一系列问题,例如城市特性差异性对于绿道发展的挑战,如何将绿道规划良好地整合到我国当前的城乡规划体系当中,以及绿道当中的用地来源、组成与控制、绿道平衡发展等方面的挑战和问题。本文针对我国的国情并借鉴其它国家和城市的规划经验,来探讨应对以上问题和挑战的对策。 As the greenway planning starts to prevail in China, at the beginning, this paper makes a brief review on the theory of greenway planning evolution, focusing on two mainlines on the planning scale and its concerns. Next, the authors pick up Pearl River Delta Regional Greenway Network Planning at region level and Foshan Greenway Network Construction Planning at the city level as two typical cases in current China to demonstrate and analyze the present condition of China＇s greenway planning underway. Based on this overview and case study, we discussed the challenges and problems faced by the current greenway planning practice in China, e.g. how to respond to different features and unique challenge caused by the Chinese cities, how to properly integrate the greenway planning into China＇s urban planning system, how to obtain the land resource for greenway, how to contain and maintain the greenway, how to balance the greenway function, etc. Corresponding to these challenges and problems, by making reference to the successful planning experience from the other countries and cities, this article seeks for the most appropriate planning solutions to maximize the benefit from the greenway planning for the cities in China.
