摘要
浙江省级绿道网规划自2014年发布实施以来,在整合带动区域优势资源、改善城乡生态环境方面发挥了积极作用。及时开展省级绿道的系统评估,有助于整理发现全省绿道网建设的薄弱环节,精准反馈绿道使用空间分布和使用偏好。评估结果表明,省级绿道网存在省市推进不同步、空间分布不均衡、日常使用频率和品质有待提升等问题。在评估基础上对下一步的省级绿道布局规划的重点提出设想,并形成全面建设浙江绿道2.0的总体要求。
Since the implementation of Zhejiang provincial greenway network plan in 2014,it has played an active role in integrating regional advantageous resources and improving urban and rural ecological environment.The systematic assessment of provincial greenways will help to sort out the shortage in the construction of provincial greenway network and green infrastructure,and accurately feedback the spatial distribution and preference of Greenway use.The evaluation results show that the provincial greenway network has some problems,such as the unsynchronization of provincial and municipal development,the uneven spatial distribution,and the daily use frequency and quality need to be improved.On the basis of the evaluation,the next provincial greenway layout planning priorities proposed,and form a comprehensive construction of zhejiang greenway 2.0 overall requirements.
