摘要
消化道肿瘤作为一种系统性疾病,是全球范围内公共卫生面临的重大挑战,对人类生命健康产生严重威胁。除手术和免疫治疗外,放化疗是消化道肿瘤主要的治疗手段之一。临床证据显示,放化疗能有效降低肿瘤的局部复发和远处转移率,延长患者的生存期。然而,在带来临床获益的同时,放化疗也可能引发一系列治疗相关不良反应,这不仅影响机体正常的生理功能,降低机体免疫力,还可能导致机体对放化疗的敏感度和耐受性降低,从而增加不良反应。放化疗的诸多不良反应进一步加剧患者营养状况的恶化,影响患者放化疗的完成率和生活质量。该文将从消化道肿瘤患者营养不良发生的原因,营养不良与放化疗之间的相互关系以及营养治疗的作用进行综述,以期为消化道肿瘤放化疗患者的营养治疗提供参考依据。
Gastrointestinal tumors,as systemic diseases,pose significant challenges to public health worldwide and have become a serious threat to human life and health.In addition to surgery and immunotherapy,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are one of the main treatments for digestive tract tumors.Clinical evidence demonstrates that chemoradiotherapy can effectively reduce local recurrence and distant metastasis of tumors,subsequently prolonging patients' survival.However,the clinical benefits are accompanied by a series of treatment-related adverse effects,which not only affect the body's normal physiological functions and reduce immunity but may also lead to decreased sensitivity and tolerance to chemoradiotherapy,thus increasing the likelihood of further adverse reactions.The adverse effects associated with chemoradiotherapy can further exacerbate the deterioration of patients' nutritional status,affecting the completion rate and quality of life for chemoradiotherapy patients.This paper reviews the causes of malnutrition in gastrointestinal tumor patients,the inter relationship between malnutrition and chemoradiotherapy,and the role of nutritional therapy,in order to provide a reference basis for the nutritional therapy of gastrointestinal tumor chemoradiotherapy patients.
