摘要
为了探讨喉癌并发糖尿病患者放疗中出现肺部感染的临床特点和治疗方法,回顾性分析66例喉癌并发糖尿病放射治疗肺部感染患者和140例喉癌未并发糖尿病患者的临床资料。并发粮尿病患者放疗过程中有34例(51.52%)出现肺部感染,而140例喉癌未并发糖尿病患者放疗过程中有9例(6.43%)出现肺部感染,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义,χ2=13.78,P<0.05。临床症状主要表现为发热、咳嗽、咳痰以及肺部啰音。肺部感染应选用敏感抗生素抗炎治疗。初步研究结果提示,喉癌并发糖尿病患者放疗中肺部感染发生率明显增高,应注意控制血糖,预防肺部感染的发生。
The objective of this study was to discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment of pulmonary in fection caused by radiotherapy in laryngeal cancer patients combined with diabetes. Clinical data of 66 laryngeal cancer patients combined diabetes and 140 laryngeal cancer patients without diabetes were retrospectively analyzed. In 66 cases laryngeal cancer combined diabetes patients, 34 cases （51.52%） appeared pulmonary infection during radiotherapy, and 9 cases （13.57%） in 140 control cases. There was significant difference between two groups by X^2 test （X^2 = 13.78,P〈0. 05）. Clinical main performance was fever, cough, expectoration and lung rale. Pulmonary infection should choose sensitive antibiotics anti-inflammatory for treatment. In conclusion, incidence of radiotherapy pulmonary infection of laryngeal cancer patients combined diabetes is increased. More attention should be paid to blood glucose control and prevention of pulmonary infection.
