摘要
目的研究精准营养干预结合有氧运动对结直肠癌术后化疗患者营养摄入情况、生活质量的影响。方法观察对象为2023年6月至2024年11月河南省肿瘤医院收治的88例结直肠癌术后化疗患者,按奇偶数分组法划分两组,奇数组命名为研究组,开展精准营养干预结合有氧运动,偶数组命名为对照组,开展常规康复结合有氧运动。比较两组主观整体评估、人体成分、血液生化指标、生命质量。结果干预后,研究组主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)评分低于对照组,营养状态优于对照组(P<0.05);去脂指数(FFMI)高于对照组(P<0.05),但骨骼肌指数(SMI)组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)及血红蛋白(Hb)高于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量核心评定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)中各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精准营养干预结合有氧运动可有效改善患者主观整体状态、人体成分,提升血液生化指标及生命质量。
Objective To study the effects of precision nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise on nutritional intake and quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods The observation subjects were 88 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer in Henan Cancer Hospital from June 2023 to November 2024.They were divided into two groups by odd-even group method.The odd-numbered group was named as the research group to carry out precision nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise,and the even-numbered group was named as the control group to carry out routine rehabilitation combined with aerobic exercise.Subjective global assessment,body composition,blood biochemical indices and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the nutritional status was better than the control group(P<0.05).The fat-free mass index(FFMI)of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in skeletal muscle index(SMI)(P>0.05).The serum levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(Hb)of study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life core questionnaire-C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precision nutrition intervention combined with aerobic exercise can effectively improve patients’subjective overall state,body composition,blood biochemical indexes and life quality.
