摘要
目的研究代谢相关标志物用于前列腺增生的临床应用价值.方法收集2021年7月至2022年12月章丘区人民医院收治的老年良性前列腺增生(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)患者120例,作为老年BPH组,同时收集120例无任何前列腺癌、前列腺炎、非前列腺增生引起的下尿路症状、糖尿病、肾脏病、心血管病者为健康对照组.统计分析两组糖脂代谢相关指标、BPH相关指标,二元Logistic回归模型分析老年BPH的危险因素.结果老年BPH组患者的体质指数高于健康对照组(P<0.05),舒张压高于健康对照组(P<0.05).老年BPH组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于健康对照组(P<0.05),前列腺体积(PV)大于健康对照组(P<0.05),国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)高于健康对照组(P<0.05),最大尿流率(Qmax)低于健康对照组(P<0.05).进一步Logistic回归分析发现老年BPH的危险因素包括高体重指数、高血压、高FBG、高TG、高LDL-C(P<0.05).结论代谢相关标志物用于前列腺增生的临床应用价值高.
Objective To study the clinical application value of metabolic markers in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 120 elderly BPH patients were collected from July 2021 to December 2022 as the elderly BPH group.120 healthy cases are selected as the heathy control group.The glucose and lipid metabolism related indicators and BPH related indicators of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and binary logistic regression model is used to analyze the risk factors for elderly BPH.Results Comparing with the healthy control group,the body mass index of the elderly BPH group was higher(P<0.05),and the diastolic blood pressure of the elderly BPH group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-C in the elderly BPH group were lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),the PV of the elderly BPH group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),the IPSS score of the elderly BPH group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the Qmax of the elderly BPH group was lower than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Through further logistic regression analysis,we found that the risk factors for elderly BPH include high body mass index,hypertension,high FBG,high TG,and high LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion Metabolic markers have high clinical application value in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
