摘要
利用冬闲稻田发展羊肚菌栽培,可提高土地资源利用效率及农户收入,优化农业产业结构,并在改善土壤肥力、减少农药和化肥使用及减轻土传病虫害等方面具有积极作用。本文从轮作要点、水稻栽培管理、羊肚菌栽培管理及病虫害防治等方面系统总结鄂西地区水稻―羊肚菌轮作栽培技术,并分析其经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,以助力该模式推广。
Utilizing winter fallow paddy fields for Morchella cultivation can improve land resource utilization efficiency and increase farmers' income,optimize the agricultural industrial structure,and play a positive role in enhancing soil fertility,reducing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers,and alleviating soil-borne diseases and pests.This paper systematically summarized the rice-Morchella rotation cultivation techniques in western Hubei,covering key points of rotation,rice cultivation management,Morchella cultivation management,and pest and disease control.Additionally,it analyzed the economic,social,and ecological benefits of this model to promote its widespread adoption.
